Where is Schroer Digital based and licensed?
We are licensed in Meydan Free Zone (MFZ), Dubai — SCHROER DIGITAL L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Nad Al Sheba. We invoice in AED with full UAE VAT compliance and serve clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, the wider UAE and the GCC.
Do you work with small businesses or only enterprise?
Both. We work with ambitious small brands, scale-ups and established businesses in Dubai and MENA. The common denominator is seriousness about growth — not company size.
Which industries do you focus on?
Real estate, hospitality and F&B, retail, e-commerce, healthcare, clinics and professional services. We’re happy to discuss anything outside of that if the fit is right.
Do you work in English, Arabic and German?
Yes. English is our primary working language. We ship multilingual sites in EN/AR/DE with full Arabic RTL support, and we partner with native Arabic editors and translators for content. Konstantin speaks German, English and basic conversational Arabic.
How long does a typical website project take?
A marketing site is usually 3–6 weeks. Shops, booking systems and Odoo implementations are longer. We scope clearly before anything starts and commit to a fixed timeline.
Do you handle the ad budget yourself?
Media spend stays on your card and your accounts. We get access, run the campaigns and report — you own the accounts and data. No agency-locked accounts, ever.
Are you VAT and Corporate-Tax compliant?
Yes. We are a registered UAE Free Zone entity (SCHROER DIGITAL L.L.C-FZ) and invoice in AED with proper VAT treatment. The systems we build (Odoo, Stripe, Tap, Telr, custom) are configured to be aligned with UAE VAT (5%) and the new UAE Corporate Tax (9%) where relevant.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one business day on email, much faster on WhatsApp. For active retainers we publish a monthly delivery cadence and weekly status updates.
What is the minimum engagement?
For retainers (SEO, ads, content, ERP support) the minimum is 3 months. One-off projects like websites or brand systems have their own scope and timeline.
