Where is Schroer Digital based and licensed?
Two entities, one team: SCHROER DIGITAL L.L.C-FZ, licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, and Schroer Digital UG in Germany, which builds and operates the systems. Invoices are issued in EUR by the German entity. We work with clients across the UAE, the GCC and Europe - remotely, in English, Arabic or German.
Do you work with small businesses or only enterprise?
Both. We work with ambitious small brands, scale-ups and established businesses in Dubai and MENA. The common denominator is seriousness about growth - not company size.
Which industries do you focus on?
Real estate, hospitality and F&B, retail, e-commerce, healthcare, clinics and professional services. We’re happy to discuss anything outside of that if the fit is right.
Do you work in English, Arabic and German?
Yes. English is our primary working language. We ship multilingual sites in EN/AR/DE with full Arabic RTL support, and we partner with native Arabic editors and translators for content. Konstantin speaks German, English and basic conversational Arabic.
How long does a typical website project take?
A marketing site is usually 3-6 weeks. Shops and booking or ordering systems take longer. We scope clearly before anything starts and commit to a fixed timeline in writing.
Do you handle the ad budget yourself?
Media spend stays on your card and your accounts. We get access, run the campaigns and report - you own the accounts and data. No agency-locked accounts, ever.
How do you invoice, and in which currency?
Invoices are issued in EUR by Schroer Digital UG (Germany) and paid by card or bank transfer through Stripe - so there is no currency guesswork and no VAT charged that we are not registered for. If your accountant needs a specific invoice format, tell us before we start and we will match it.
How quickly do you reply?
A person reads every enquiry and answers personally - usually the same or the next working day, and fastest on WhatsApp. We do not promise a guaranteed response time we cannot hold on every single day.
What is the minimum engagement?
For retainers (SEO, ads, content, ERP support) the minimum is 3 months. One-off projects like websites or brand systems have their own scope and timeline.
