A hospitality site earns its keep at two moments: when someone wants a table, and when someone wants food delivered. We build both as working systems rather than contact forms. A reservation flow can take a card deposit before it confirms the slot, so a no-show costs the guest something. An ordering flow knows your delivery zones, your kitchen cut-off times and your holiday hours, and refuses an order it cannot honour instead of embarrassing your staff at the pass. Menus are maintained in English and Arabic side by side, typeset right-to-left rather than mirrored, because the menu is the one page a guest really reads. Where a POS is already in place, the order is handed over to it instead of being retyped during service. Almost all of this traffic arrives on a phone, on a mobile connection, at the worst possible moment - so the whole thing is built to open fast and work with one thumb.
